Summertime My Chemical Romance
-Concept/Performance based video.
-The song isn’t very fast but nor is it very slow, I believe it would make a good concept-themed video.
-The balance of concept-based footage and performance would most likely involve more performance of a band playing the song, with consistent cuts returning to the other part of the video.
Rainbow Road Nanobii
-Concept based video.
-This song has very few lyrics and the dance/dubstep genre of the song does not allow for a lot of performance to be shown.
-It is a very fast-paced song, and any narrative would surely be either too hard to film, or would detract from the song itself; as a distraction.
Fake Your Death My Chemical Romance
-Narrative-based video.
-I believe that this song would fit the narrative of a protagonist who has recently lost a loved one and is in the process of putting their life back together. I can visualise this quite well and believe it could end on a high note; it would be a very deep music video.
-The digipak element of the song would be the hardest element I believe. I think this because of the narrative; it is very personal.
What Happened To Your Band McBusted
-Narrative-based/ performance-based video.
-I can picture this song being quite simple to emulate in a music video. The narrative would involve a protagonist attempting to regroup a band that has recently broken-up and they play once more after the protagonist’s efforts.
-The narrative and performance elements of the film would involve finding a large area such as a stage perhaps.
Good work Tom, please ensure you use the exact title for the post you were given
